This role is much more than HR administration. We’re looking for a proactive People & Culture professional who can support our managers, improve employee experiences, develop workflows and processes, and help us make the most of our people systems and technology.

What You’ll Be Doing
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage the recruitment process from advertising roles through to interviews, offers and contracts.
- Coordinate a welcoming and engaging onboarding experience for new colleagues.
- Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage professional and compliant offboarding processes.
Employee Experience & Culture
- Support employee engagement, wellbeing and recognition activities.
- Coordinate probation reviews, employee check-ins and key people processes.
- Help create a positive, high-performing culture where people can thrive.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR systems and documentation.
- Support managers and employees with day-to-day HR queries.
- Assist with policy reviews and employment compliance activities.
- Ensure HR practices remain aligned with company policies and employment legislation.
HR Systems & Workflow Development
- Become a super-user of HaileyHR, our people management platform.
- Develop and continuously improve workflows, automations and processes within HaileyHR.
- Support ongoing implementation and optimisation of the system.
- Help managers and employees gain maximum value from the platform.
Digital Tools & Continuous Improvement
- Use Microsoft Planner, Microsoft 365 and other digital tools to coordinate projects and activities.
- Develop simple automations, workflows and process improvements.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce administrative effort.
- Apply Lean thinking to simplify and continuously improve people processes.
Learning & Development
- Coordinate training and development activities.
- Maintain learning and compliance records.
- Support managers in developing their teams and leadership capability.
What We’re Looking For:
Essential
- CIPD Level 5 qualified.
- Previous experience in a People, HR or Talent role.
- Strong understanding of HR administration and employee lifecycle processes.
- Excellent organisational and administration skills.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong IT and digital systems capability.
- Experience using Microsoft 365 applications.
- Knowledge of employment law across Northern Ireland and Great Britain, Republic of Ireland
- Confidence learning, administering and improving business systems.
Desirable
- Experience implementing or administering HR systems.
- Experience developing workflows, automations and process improvements.
- Experience supporting organisational growth and change.
- Experience working within a Lean or continuous improvement environment
- Experience in Payroll to assist and manage process

Hours & Salary
32 hours per week
Flexible working arrangement across 4 or 5 days per week, depending on the successful candidate’s preferences and business needs.
