We host our Lean tours monthly, on Thursdays. This dedicated time allows us to provide in-depth insights into our operational excellence.

- Pay & confirm your place: Fill out our brief registration form to secure your place. A tour is £125 per person. Spaces are limited to a maximum of 15 people, to ensure a personalised and interactive experience.
FAQs
Please arrive at 8am.
The tour concludes at 11:30am. However, guests are welcome to stay until 12:00pm for informal networking, discussion, and any additional questions.
Yes. A refreshment break is scheduled from 10:00am to 10:20am, with tea, coffee, and light refreshments provided.
Our Lean tour is hosted in our Headquarters in Banbridge.

As we do not have a reception desk, the Lean tour host will meet you on arrival. If they are not immediately available when you arrive, please take a seat in the lobby area and a member of the team will be with you shortly.
