The strategic agreement makes Clearhill the exclusive amenity provider and has already driven a 30% increase in non-traditional revenue for the centre by radically enhancing the visitor experience.
The expanded agreement solidifies Clearhill’s position as the sole provider for the 320,000 sq. ft shopping destination, a move that underscores the new owner, The Herbert Group’s, commitment to significantly improving the customer experience following their recent acquisition. Clearhill has been a partner with the centre for over 20 years.

The new, enhanced agreement sees Clearhill implement and manage key retailtainment products and services across the centre, including:
- Luxury, ergonomic Massage Chairs, deployed under their Fun Wellness brand, to provide shoppers with a moment of relaxation.
- A diverse selection of vending and leisure products, including high-quality Photo Booths, enhancing the mall environment via the FunHub brand.’
