Due to the nature of the role, the successful candidate must demonstrate flexibility and willingness to travel and provide operational cover across multiple locations throughout mainland UK, including at short notice to support business needs, staff absences, and peak periods.

- Supporting installation of new machines
- Using our mobile system to log work in real time (no delays, no gaps)
- Maintaining your van, tools and stock to a professional standard
- Flagging issues early and taking ownership to resolve them
What Good Looks Like
- You don’t walk past problems
- You fix what bugs you
- You take pride in your route as if it’s your own business
- You communicate clearly and escalate early
- You are reliable, consistent and trusted
What You’ll Need
- Strong electrical, mechanical or electronic experience
- A full clean driving licence
- Ability to work independently and manage your own time
- Confidence to make decisions on-site
- A practical, problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable using smartphones and apps for job tracking
- Flexibility to work outside standard hours when required
What You’ll Get
- Fully expensed company van and fuel
- Company smartphone & tablet
- Health Cash Plan and wellbeing support

- Ongoing Lean training and development
- A team that backs each other and pushes for better
- A role where your work genuinely makes an impact
Important
This role requires a DBS / AccessNI (or equivalent) check. You must be eligible and willing to obtain this before starting.
