Commercial Ownership. Product Strategy. Revenue Impact.
At Clearhill, we are looking for a commercially minded Procurement & Merchandise Manager to take ownership of one of the most influential functions within the business.
This is not a traditional procurement role focused purely on purchasing and stock control.
This is a role for someone who understands products, customer behaviour, commercial performance and how the right buying decisions directly influence revenue growth.
You will lead procurement, merchandise performance, inventory strategy and warehouse operations across the business, helping shape what customers engage with, what products perform best and how the business scales commercially.
You will have genuine autonomy to make decisions, test ideas, optimise ranges and drive measurable commercial impact within a fast-moving SME environment where your work will be highly visible.
Why This Role Is Different

- Revenue growth through smarter product selection
- Customer engagement through high-performing merchandise
- Leaner inventory management and stronger cash efficiency
- Improved supplier performance and commercial negotiation
- Operational efficiency across procurement and warehouse functions
This is an opportunity to step into a commercially influential position where procurement is viewed as a growth driver, not simply a support function.
