The FunHub App has received an exciting update, designed to make rewards easier to understand, favourite machines easier to access, and the overall experience more rewarding for users.
The new version builds on what we learned from the first FunHub App. We listened to how users engaged with the app, what they enjoyed most, and where the experience could be clearer. The result is a more intuitive app that puts the value of play front and centre.
Users will now be able to see their favourite machines on the home screen, track rewards through a simpler token-based system, and discover new products and experiences through Stories. The updated app also gives users clearer visibility of their transaction history and how close they are to earning free play.
As part of the update, existing Funcoin balances will be converted into Fun Tokens. Users will need to update the app, but there will be no change to how they log in or how they use the app at machines.
