People & Culture Co-ordinator

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage the recruitment process from advertising roles through to arranging interviews, making offers and preparing contracts.
  • Coordinate a welcoming lean onboarding experience to help new colleagues settle into Clearhill from day one.
  • Manage the offboarding process, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for departing colleagues.
  • Keep employee records, HR systems and documentation accurate and up to date.
  • Support managers and employees with day-to-day HR administration and people queries.
  • Help organise employee wellbeing initiatives and promote healthy habits throughout the year.
  • Support engagement activities that strengthen our culture and bring our values to life.
  • Assist with training administration and ensure learning records remain current.
  • Coordinate probation reviews, employee check-ins and other people processes.
  • Help maintain our People policies, templates and processes.
  • Look for simple improvements to make our people processes easier and more efficient, embracing our Lean way of working.
  • Support the wider team with general HR administration as required.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in an HR, People or administration role.
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Friendly, approachable and confident communicating with people at all levels.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft 365 and learning new systems.
  • A positive attitude with a genuine interest in creating a great employee experience.
  • Someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, continuously improving environment.
  • CIPD Level 5 or working towards it would be an advantage but is not essential.

 

Working Hours

This is a part-time role working 3 days a week.

Hours: 8.15am – 5pm
