Procurement Merchandise Manager

We’re looking for a Procurement & Merchandise Manager to join the Clearhill team.

This role is an important part of how the business runs day to day – working across suppliers, stock, and the products that end up on site. It’s a chance to be closely involved in how things come together behind the scenes, while also seeing the impact out in the field.


What you’ll be doing

  • Working with suppliers to source and manage products
  • Managing stock levels and making sure everything is in the right place at the right time
  • Supporting the smooth running of day‑to‑day operations
  • Spotting ways to improve processes and make things more efficient
  • Working with different teams across the business to keep things moving

  • Someone organised and comfortable managing multiple things at once
  • A practical, problem‑solving mindset
  • Good communication skills and confidence working with different teams and suppliers
  • Attention to detail and a focus on getting things right
  • Someone who’s comfortable in a role that isn’t always the same day to day

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Banbridge

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Banbridge: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

  • Procurement management: 2 years (required)
