The new offering includes a secure self-service sales point where customers can buy gift cards at their convenience – even during peak periods or out of hours. Clearhill’s remote monitoring and daily account reconciliation mean the Crescent team can focus on running the Centre, while Clearhill manages the rest.
Crucially, the service also unlocks powerful data insights. Shopping centre teams receive detailed sales and usage reports, helping them understand purchasing behaviour and plan smarter marketing campaigns around peak seasons and promotional opportunities.
