Clearhill, trusted by over 400 shopping centres and grocery locations across the UK and Ireland, has launched Lean Tours – a new initiative inviting business leaders to see first-hand how Lean principles drive efficiency, engagement and growth.

Designed for business owners, CEOs, and operational managers, the tours offer a behind-the-scenes look at how Clearhill has built a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across its expanding business.

Hosted at the company’s headquarters in Banbridge, Northern Ireland, Clearhill Lean Tours brings visitors inside a live working environment where Lean is at the heart of everything from daily morning meetings and 3S practices to field service management and digital visual workflows.

Claire Brown, Clearhill’s Talent & Culture Manager, said: “Lean thinking at Clearhill is about creating value through simplicity, collaboration and learning. We’re opening our doors so other organisations can see how small changes, led by engaged people, can have a transformative effect on performance and culture.”

Each tour is led by Clearhill team members, giving guests an authentic insight into how Lean is embedded at every level of the company. Participants will see how continuous improvement shapes Clearhill’s operations, hear from

employees who lead daily stand-ups and improvement projects, and leave with practical, adaptable ideas they can apply in their own businesses.

John McAreavey, Director at Clearhill, added: “Lean thinking has been a huge part of our success and growth. We’ve scaled while keeping operations simple, teams engaged and customers confident. Now, we’re sharing that experience with others who want to start or strengthen their own Lean journey.”

Since its launch in May 2025, the monthly tours have attracted leaders from a wide range of sectors and achieved an average 4.76/5 rating. Participants have described the experience as “interesting”, “eye-opening”, with “an emphasis on developing culture.”

Clearhill’s Lean tours run on the first Thursday of each month and are limited to 12 participants per session to ensure an interactive and personalised experience. Tickets are priced at £99 per person.
