What’s your role at Clearhill and what does a typical day look like for you?

I am the Commercial Manager for Clearhill, working with centre managers and managing agents to ensure shopping centres are equipped with market-leading leisure equipment and providing a service above the rest. At Clearhill, we take pride in delivering the best-in-class offering to ensure our clients are delivering the best experience for their customers.

What’s your favourite part of your job?

Building relationships with my team at Clearhill and our amazing customers who are at the forefront of our business.

What skill have you developed most since joining Clearhill?

My ability to be proactive – always keeping in touch with our service teams to solve problems early and prevent issues from escalating.

What’s one work-related tip or tool you couldn’t live without?

The ability to see a situation through someone else’s eyes. This has helped me provide clients with solutions to their problems.

How would you describe the team culture in three words?

What’s been a proud moment or project during your time here?

Joining a business with such a strong vision and passion for success for their customers, and being a major partner in the growth and planning of an area. I’m proud to be part of the journey and to grow my knowledge of the industry further.

What motivates you at work?

Having a great team around me and the freedom to grow in my role by exploring alternative ways to do things, with a management team open to new ideas.

What does Lean mean to you, in your role?

Lean has allowed me to improve by 1% more every day. Small changes daily have a large impact.

What’s your go-to karaoke song (even if just in the car)?

Islands in the Stream — Dolly Parton and Kenny Rogers!

What’s a fun fact people might not know about you?

I’m a massive Grey’s Anatomy fan and a huge Liverpool supporter! I’m also a great cook and an avid karaoke singer.
