What’s your role at Clearhill and what does a typical day look like for you?
As a Customer Success Manager, no two days are the same! I split my week between home and the office, and every morning kicks off with our Lean morning meeting – it sets the tone for everything else. After that, it’s all about looking after our partners and keeping projects moving.
What’s your favourite part of your job?
Helping centres thrive through real collaboration. Whether it’s delivering training or going on-site to troubleshoot, I love that face-to-face connection.
What is your most improved skill since joining Clearhill?
I’ve been with Clearhill for almost 10 months, and during this time, I’ve developed a wide range of skills to help deliver on our goals. In particular, achieving alignment.
There are a lot of moving parts to launching an fully managed gift card program, and it’s taught me how to plan, collaborate, and communicate better than ever. Also, when I joined the company, I had very little knowledge about Lean principles, 2-second improvements, or the 9 wastes. While I’m by no means an expert, Lean has undoubtedly shaped my worldview and the way I approach my role. It’s helped me focus on continuous improvement, problem-solving, and finding value in even the smallest changes.
What’s one work-related tip or tool you couldn’t live without?
Reporting. Data cuts through noise and helps us make smart decisions—it’s like my business compass.
What’s been a proud moment or project during your time here?
We’ve recently onboarded Dundrum onto our Gift Card program, and I had the opportunity to lead this project from start to finish, something I’m truly proud of. That said, I must give credit where it’s due: it takes two to tango, and the Dundrum team has been an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the process.
What book are you reading at the minute?
Getting Things Done by David Allen. It’s all about productivity with less stress – very Lean-friendly!
What’s your go-to karaoke song (even if just in the car)?
For karaoke, I’d definitely go with Gloria Gaynor’s “I Will Survive” a classic anthem of resilience. And since Eurovision, I’ve had “Espresso Machiato” by Tommy Cash on repeat – it’s my go-to track almost every morning on my drive to work!
What’s your favourite way to unwind after work?
Chilling on the sofa with my husband, our dog ‘River’ and our cats – simple, peaceful, perfect.
What’s your dream holiday destination?
South Africa! Beaches, safaris, scenery – I’d love every moment.

“Titanium” by David Guetta ft. Sia. Resilient, upbeat, and unapologetically bold.
