Digital & Content Designer

Hello! We’re Clearhill & we’re pleased that you’re interested in joining our team! We’re currently searching for a Digital & Content Designer to join our busy Marketing Team & help us reach new heights of creativity.

The role

Clearhill operates multiple brands within the shopping centre & grocery sector throughout the UK & Ireland, including the supply & operation of Leisure Vending Machines, and the provision of Gift Card services.

We are seeking a talented Digital & Content Designer to join our team to help us elevate our brand through captivating visual content.

As our Digital & Content Designer, you will be responsible for developing, managing, & delivering quality digital & offline content for use across all our platforms, in line with briefs whilst meeting campaign deadlines. You will also work with our Marketing Manager to develop campaign ideas to build our brand presence in the UK & Ireland.

What else I will be doing…

  • Translate ideas into design proposals, tailored to work across all platforms, with a particular focus on LinkedIn.
  • Participate in design discussions & give feedback in planning & strategy meetings.
  • Developing, managing & delivering quality digital content including; reels, stories & social posts.
  • Manage the creation & post-production of video & photographic content.
  • Create artwork for gift cards, websites, social media, email marketing & other digital activity.
  • Concept print designs for stands, posters, commercial proposals, iconography, etc.
  • Assisting the Marketing Manager with branding & ensuring all guidelines are adhered to.
  • Use a content management system to update & manage website assets.
  • Present design concepts to stakeholders & incorporate feedback into final designs.
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends & the latest digital design software.
  • Be our internal expert on best practices.

What we’re looking for in you

  • Demonstrable experience in a similar role. A portfolio & any examples would be great!
  • Proven track record of producing designs that achieve results & meet briefs.
  • Experience with InDesign, Photoshop, Canva & post-production techniques.
  • Ability to create video content, including motion graphics & promotional videos, using After Effects & Premier Pro.
  • Strong understanding of digital design principles & best practices.
  • Knowledge of content management systems for website updates, particularly WordPress & Eliminator.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously & meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills & ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
