Working in conjunction with the gift card kiosk, Cleargift’s webshop allows your customers to buy gift cards online and send directly to the recipient for collection from the kiosk at the centre.
Once the customer has completed their online purchase, the recipient receives their personalised message via email or SMS, prompting them to visit the centre’s gift card kiosk for collection.
Upon arrival at the kiosk, the cuatomer simply scans the QR code on their digital card and the physical card is dispensed automatically.
Our unique online solution enhances an already seamless process further by offering a completely automated sales process and card pick-up function.
Delivered by email or SMS, customer can personalise their gift by adding a message a centre-branded background, tailored to a variety of occasions.
Taking this concept a step further, the webshop allows customers to create a media-rich digital gift by adding their own image or video.
Once personalisation is complete, the digital gift can be sent instantly, or scheduled to arrive on a specific date and time to coincide with a special occasion.
